Both. We regularly handle single small repairs as well as full lists of tasks in one visit. No job is too small for a quote.
Yes. We visit your property, assess the project and give you a detailed written quote at no cost and no obligation.
Painting and small remodeling, general home repairs, carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, laminate flooring installation, pressure washing, furniture assembly and mounting, and recurring property maintenance.
We handle minor electrical and plumbing repairs like fixture and switch replacement, leaky faucets and clogged drains. For work that legally requires a licensed electrician or plumber (like panel upgrades or repiping), we'll let you know upfront.
Houseblend Painting & Restoration operates with liability coverage to protect your property during the project. Ask us for specific coverage details when requesting your quote.
It's not required for most exterior work. For interior jobs, we coordinate the best access schedule with you and keep you informed throughout the process.

It depends on the type of work, the time involved, materials and access. Rather than quoting a generic hourly rate, we look at your specific job and give you a free written quote with everything itemized, so there are no surprises. Grouping several small repairs into one visit is the best way to keep the cost down.
We usually respond within 24 hours and can often schedule within the same week, depending on the scope of the job and the time of year. Tell us if something is urgent and we'll do our best to prioritize it.
Yes. We offer recurring maintenance visits, priority response to tenant requests, turnovers between tenants and common-area upkeep, with one point of contact for one or many properties.
We do. We coordinate with building management on access, elevator reservations and working hours, and we're used to mounting and repairs on concrete and block walls.
Either works. We can pick up everything needed and list it in the quote, or install materials you've already purchased. Materials are always itemized separately in the written estimate.
Yes. If something doesn't meet the standard we agreed on, we come back and fix it. Our goal is a satisfied client, not just a finished job.
Yes. Our team works in both English and Spanish, from the first call through the written quote and the final walkthrough.
Interior and exterior painting, kitchen cabinet painting, doors, trim and built-ins, plus small remodeling touches like new hardware or a backsplash. We use paints suited to South Florida's sun, humidity and salt air.
Yes. A pre-season visit can cover gutter cleaning, checking and re-caulking seals around doors and windows, securing loose fixtures and railings, and a general walkthrough. After a storm we handle the minor repairs that follow.
Some jobs in Miami-Dade require permits and licensed trades, such as electrical panels, new circuits, repiping or structural changes. We focus on handyman work that doesn't, and we tell you upfront when a job falls outside that scope so you can hire the right professional.
